Warren Wilson College classes are canceled Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, due to current and impending winter weather. Per the College’s Inclement Weather Personnel Policy, “essential” employees—“work crews and their supervisors who sustain the necessary business activities and units” for the campus—are expected to report for work.

Warren Wilson College follows explicit procedures to maintain vital College functions while protecting the safety of its students, faculty, staff and property. Essential employees have specific job functions that are designated as vital to the College during emergency situations.
