Along with academic courses, exchanges, and faculty led programs, Warren Wilson also offers various opportunities for students to participate in Intern + Study programs, with both international and domestic options. These generally include a part-time internship in a field relevant to a students' major and career interests, with accompanying academic seminars. Students can gain a full semester's worth of credit through such programs with prior approval. Participating in an internship experience allows students to contribute meaningfully to their host culture while also gaining valuable self-knowledge and skills that can have substantial benefits when pursuing a career post-graduation.
