If you’re interested in tech, Silicon Valley is the place to watch. If you’re interested in innovation regarding community-based good food systems, there is no need to look any farther than Warren Wilson College. Wilson has long been a key hub of development. WWC has incubated generations of food and agriculture leaders. Beyond WWC inspired small farmers, which number too many to count, there are nutritionists, gardeners, public health workers, food hub and farmers market coordinators, food and farmer coop leaders, lawyers, small-business advisors, city council members, brew-masters, soil scientists, nonprofit and think-tank advocates, educators, chefs, and other Owls all working to create and encourage good food.

Alumni of the College are invested in building a network of established and emerging Warren Wilson College good food leaders who are working to realize and dream about good food for everyone. We will leverage the power of our networks to incubate, catalyze and sustain efforts to grow community-based good food systems to the benefit of our communities as well as ourselves and Warren Wilson itself.
