We’re here to help you work through the financial aspects of your college career. Once you have completed the Financial Aid process (for available grants, scholarships, and loans), you can view other Payment Options. Use the links to the left to find more information about a variety of topics related to student accounts.
The details of your student account and the current balance are available by logging into MyWWC and clicking on the Billing & Aid link, then Student Account. Use the View / Pay Account utility to see your balance due. You may also print a course and fee statement or make an online payment by credit/debit card or e-check.
Payment Due Dates:
- Fall Semester payment is due by July 1st for new students, and July 15th for continuing students
- Spring Semester payment is due by December 15th
- Summer Semester payment is due by May 31st
Charges that are added to your account after the start of the semester should be paid as added. These could include course fees for subsequent registration, over hours fees, private room fees, Student Life fees, parking violations, etc.
For your convenience, you may make payment anytime on MyWWC*
* Convenience fees apply to credit/debit card payments. There are no convenience fees to pay by electronic check. We cannot take credit card payments by phone or at the Student Accounts Office.
You may mail a check or money order to the address below. To make a payment in person, please come to the Student Accounts Window, located in the Ogg Building on central campus. Payments by check or cash (exact change only) are accepted in person during office hours from 9:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00, Monday-Friday.
