Reserve your place now by making a deposit. Your $300 deposit may be made before this date in one of two ways:

  1. Login to pay via credit card using your Admissions Portal Account (see full instructions below).
  2. Send a check in the mail made payable to: Warren Wilson College. Send it to:

    Asheville, NC 28815-9000

    Please put the student’s name on the memo section of the check. You’ll receive a confirmation email when we receive it.

 

Note that the deposit is non-refundable.  We accept all major credit cards except Discover.  These steps are for newly admitted students only, if you are a readmitted student, please use this link: Readmit section/page

Pay Your Deposit Online

  1. Create your Admissions Portal Account by logging in here: https://admissions.warren-wilson.edu/apply
  2. Enter the same first name, last name, email, and birthdate information that you used on your application.
  3. Follow instructions to activate your account using a PIN number, then set your permanent password.
  4. Once you're into the portal, you should be able to view your application's status page.  If you see a message that says "you haven't started an application with this account" or something similar, please get in touch with your Admissions Counselor for assistance.
  5. If you haven't already done so, please complete the Response to Admission Offer Reply Form.
  6. You will see a Payment Due amount of $307.80 in your application checklist. This is the $300 deposit plus a 2.6% convenience fee. Now you're ready to pay online and reserve your place in the class!
