"Palimpsest" Podcast by WWC Professor Jamieson Ridenhour

Warren Wilson Instructor of English Dr. Jamieson Ridenhour created the podcast "Palimpsest," a single-voiced horror audio drama about memory, identity and the things that haunt us. Each season is a self-contained story exploring the spaces between horror, fantasy and psychological realism. Check it out: https://bit.ly/3wtiY81

Ridenhour and co-creator Hayley Heninger are hosting a live performance of the podcast on Friday, January 27 at the Magnetic Theatre in Asheville. They will perform two stand-alone pieces, so you don’t have to be following the show to know what’s going on. A little creepy, and content warnings for depictions of drug and alcohol use, PG-13 references to sex, and axe murder, all of which they feel are selling points. Tickets are at: https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?show=155265. They will also have for sale some cool new wood-block style prints designed by Wilson student Miles Madonna.
