Warren Wilson College utilizes a centralized print management system called Papercut. This system is overseen & supported by a partnership between Business Services & ITS. Our goal is to provide the necessary resources while reducing waste & abuse. If you have questions, please contact the Business Services office in lower Gladfelter or ITS located in Bannerman.

Do you need to install a printer on your device

General notes:

  • Double-sided printing is encouraged whenever possible to reduce waste.
  • Color printing is available only at certain locations and carries a significantly higher cost.
  • See below for information on who to contact if you have questions or need support.



Computer Labs (most document types)
Lab printing is available primarily in the Library & Cole Room after hours, as well as other computing labs around campus when not being used for classes (e.g. Spidel, Witherspoon). Additionally, the Mailroom / Business Services office located in lower Gladfelter is available for special or large print projects.

Remember that all current students have access to both the Google & Microsoft suite of Office products.
Please be advised that all usage is tracked. Large print needs should go to Mailroom / Business Services in lower Gladfelter.



For employees, your printer(s) is typically already configured for you when you receive your College device (eligible employees). 
All staff & faculty have access to Lab printing, Mobility Print, Web Print, & Email to Print

  • Windows users: Printers are added for you by ITS & can be done remotely. If you need access to another printer, please submit a support ticket!
  • Mac users: Major printers on campus can be added with Mobility Print so that you can self-serve. Contact us if you need another printer added as we will need to schedule an appointment for you at Bannerman.
