Welcome to Warren Wilson!

Getting oriented to a new workplace can be a process, and to make a smooth transition to WWC, we recommend taking care of the following tasks, within your first week of employment.

Emergency Text Alert Sign up To receive updates on campus closures, inclement weather or other time sensitive alerts, sign up for this service by following this link https://my.warren-wilson.edu/ICS/Emergency_Resources.jnz

Register for a parking decal To get a parking sticker as a staff or faculty member, complete the Staff Vehicle Registration form on myWWC. Public Safety processes these requests, in coordination with the Mailroom. For additional questions, please email [email protected]

Get an Employee ID Visit the ID Booth Monday through Friday between 9:30 AM-12:00 PM or 1:30-3:00 PM to get your employee ID made. The ID booth is located next to the Mailroom on the lower floor of Gladfelter. Your ID will act as key swipe if you have permissions to certain buildings, allow you to check out materials at the library, and be used to frontload credit or flex dollars with Sodexo for purchases at the Owl's Nest, Cowpie Cafe and the Cafeteria. Questions about getting your ID? Contact Steve Daigle at [email protected]

Keys Contact Clarence Tate at [email protected] to get the keys you require. Supervisors will need to approve these requests in advance.

Campus Licensing If you will be required to drive a college vehicle or golf cart as a part of your employment, please make sure to fill out the following form and complete the required training online. This is a requirement to be covered on the college's insurance plan while driving vehicles.   https://my.warren-wilson.edu/ICS/Campus_Life/Facilities_Management/Campus_Licensing.jnz

If you have specific questions about campus licensing, please email [email protected]
