Steering Committee

The ESC meets weekly to plan and organize the overall strategic action framework process. The ESC will focus on organizing the research, data collection and interpretation, community feedback, and strategic thinking to develop the plan to recover, rebalance, and renew Warren Wilson. The committee will also focus on strategic communications and the overall engagement process with the College community. All recommendations will be developed by the ESC for deliberation and prioritization before presentation to the Cabinet and the Board of Trustees for approval.

Strategic Action Committee 23-24

The SAC meets bi-weekly to discuss progress and feedback related to the strategic action process. Composed of representatives from across the institution, the committee will receive regular updates, discuss possibilities, and provide feedback as the College considers how best to recover, rebalance, and renew the College. Members of the SAC will be responsible for sharing out regular updates of appropriate information to community constituents including faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
